About Michael
Growing up in New York, I learned early that life has a way of catching up with you. My path to sobriety wasn't linear — it was built through hard work, honest support, and eventually understanding what recovery actually demands from the body as much as the mind. Most programs treat recovery as purely psychological. Physical repair is the piece they miss.
I moved to Los Angeles and built a life here, sober. I know what it means to navigate this city — the entertainment world, the social pressure, the culture around drinking — without alcohol. That lived experience is the foundation of how I work with clients.

Weeks 1–4 · Foundation
We start by understanding your full picture — drinking history, health, lifestyle, nutrition, and what you've already tried. From this, a custom plan is built. Early movement is gentle and intentional: walks, breathwork, light training.
Weeks 5–8 · Build
Progressive training replaces the empty hours alcohol once filled. Nutrition shifts into deeper repair — liver protocols, gut microbiome rebuilding, targeted supplementation. Sobriety habit-stacking locks in behavioral patterns that crowd out cravings.
